We are always looking to expand our delivery zone and as we grow we will be able to serve more of Auckland.Unfortunately if your address is not in the delivery zone we can not deliver or make any exceptions.Please do let us know if you are interested by going to our contacts page and submit a question as we are always revising our delivery reach and If we have a huge demand for a particular work place or school we can try come up with a solution.
School orders will be delivered before lunch time agreed with school or PTA.
Platters:Yes - We deliver platters to work places and homesSchool Orders:No - We only deliver school orders to the school. Any home address on school order will be ignored.
We deliver Monday - Sunday
No delivery on public holidays
Questions about menu
We use Brink's New Zealand chicken which is authentic Halal, as certified by FIANZ
Yes we can swap to brown rice free of charge
We cant garuntee our food menu contains no gluten.
Suggested items can try for gluten intolerance:

- Teruyaki chicken options
Questions about orders
No minimum order quantity required or minimum spend on order
Workplace orders will be delivered between 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM.
We cant guarantee a time it will arrive but will commit that you will receive your order in this delivery window.
School orders will be delivered before lunch time agreed with school or PTA.
Please notify us as early as possible for any cancellations.
Platters:
Refunds will be provided up-to 4 hours before delivery time. No refund for cancellations under 4 hours.
School orders:
Let us know as soon as possible for a refund or move order to the next week.
If you notify us after we have delivered to the school no refund will be provided.
Platters:
Yes - you can pick up from our shop at Mt Wellington.
School orders:
No - These are only delivered to the school
Yes we can invoice you the order.
Just email us what you want and we will send you the invoice for your purchase.
Please include any PO number for the invoice.
There are no delivery fees for platters or school orders when using Rice Runner.
